Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Production Support Analyst in Nashville.

Must be able to:

  • Triage, troubleshoot and resolve IT Production Issue tickets
  • Document business impact of system issue
  • Determine root cause analysis of system issues and implement mitigations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in Product Support or Development
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and where QA fits in
  • Ability to read and understand technical specifications
  • Flexibility to schedule changes and the ability to adjust to rapid changes
  • Ability to work an overnight shift from 11:00pm EST - 7:00am EST
