Job Summary

Professional organizer provides team and individual services including move management and unpacking services, project management, and hands-on organizing for both homes and offices. Seeking a virtual assistant to help with the following, to start:
--Receive and enter bills into QuickBooks Online.
--Communicate via email with leads and customers.
--Maintain the Operations Manual for the business.
--Schedule and communicate with team members.
--Produce drafts of marketing material, e.g. newsletters.
--Attend weekly virtual meetings with owner to review current projects and issues.
--Update information in Insightly

--Excellent communication skills
--Proactive problem solver
--Interested in improving the efficiency of small businesses systems
