Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment firm needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Professional Services Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in building or recommending design of the product technical setup
- Driving and supporting product implementation
- Supporting installation, configuration and customization of software
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong technical skills ranging from architecture design to troubleshooting of issues (functionality, performance, etc.)
- Strong project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
- Experience in IT Operations Management and Automation field, or similar including implementation of business systems or IT products
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- 5-8 years of experience in a professional services role minimum for consideration
