Pharmaceutical company has an open position for a Virtual Programming Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Hiring, training, mentoring and resourcing staf
- Tracking project timelines, budgets, and resource needs
- Communicating priorities and work direction to complete assigned tasks on time and within budget
Position Requirements Include:
- MS, Statistics, Statistical Genetics, Animal Sciences, or other statistics-based degree
- Three years experience in CRO/biotech/medical devices clinical research and programming, database management (including relational database structure and working with complex data systems), and SAS
- Demonstrated problem solving and leadership capability, including managing, motivating, and developing staff
- Understanding of and participation in tracking project budgets
