Virtual Programs Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the planning and execution of virtual programs, the full-time remote Virtual Programs Specialist will manage webinars, virtual events, and workshops to drive Demand Gen and AI Transformation pipeline goals while continuously improving program effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of virtual programs, including logistics, scheduling, and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program deliverables with campaign goals and resolve blockers
• Track program milestones and performance metrics, providing data-informed recommendations for improvements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing, program management, or campaign operations with demonstrated ownership of a workstream
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal oversight
• Experience running webinars or virtual events and using performance data for program enhancements
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Familiarity with event platforms, CRM/marketing tools, and reporting systems
