Job Summary

Working remotely from a home office, the full-time Virtual Property Adjuster will investigate, negotiate, and settle complex property damage and liability insurance claims, focusing on wind and hail claims while providing exceptional service to policyholders.

Key responsibilities

• Independently investigate property claims and perform detailed damage reviews
• Prepare damage estimates using virtual imagery solutions and communicate effectively with customers and vendors
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less senior employees within the team

Required qualifications

• Experience in property claims adjusting or a related field
• Proficiency with claims management software, such as Xactimate
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage evaluation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously
• Effective communication skills for customer interaction via various platforms
