Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Provider Support Service Center Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Receiving approximately 5000 provider inquiries per month
  • Checking provider status within a reporting or application system
  • Analyzing PRF information to draft general responses to incoming questions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • 1-5+ years customer service and/or financial products for service experience
  • General knowledge of government programs
  • Ability to receive inquiries from the hearing, speech, and visibly impaired
  • Familiarity with CRC or CRM contractor computer systems
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM
