Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Provider Support Service Center Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receiving approximately 5000 provider inquiries per month
- Checking provider status within a reporting or application system
- Analyzing PRF information to draft general responses to incoming questions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- 1-5+ years customer service and/or financial products for service experience
- General knowledge of government programs
- Ability to receive inquiries from the hearing, speech, and visibly impaired
- Familiarity with CRC or CRM contractor computer systems
- Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM
