A healthcare company is filling a position for a Virtual Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing quality improvement strategies
- Supporting company's quality needs related to customer requirements
- Maintaining and updating organization-wide QAPI program
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors degree in Science or Business or equivalent experience
- 8+ years clinical practice experience
- 5+ years experience in Medicaid and / or Medicare health care and insurance industry
- 4+ years demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
