Job Summary
A major nationwide food service provider is seeking a Virtual Quality Assurance Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Monitor Associates' calls and review service requests for accuracy of information and call handling standards
- Ensure Associates are delivering a high level of customer service using call driver analysis, trend analysis and other data consolidation tools
- Verify that Associates are providing accurate solutions to customers
Required Skills:
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three to five years in a quality assurance role experience in multi-call type contact center environment
- Prior experience working with multi-level stakeholders
- Previous experience using quality monitoring systems required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
