Virtual RCM Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support seamless transitions in dental practice revenue cycle management, the fully remote Virtual RCM Implementation Specialist will oversee migration processes, conduct virtual training, and develop standard operating procedures while providing ongoing support to office teams nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct remote assessments of RCM data and collaborate with migration teams to ensure successful workflow transitions
• Lead virtual training sessions for office teams on RCM best practices and provide ongoing support post-migration
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and training resources related to RCM workflows and PMS functionality

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in dental revenue cycle management
• Strong understanding of dental insurance billing, accounts receivable management, and financial workflows
• Experience creating SOPs, training materials, and process documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom, and remote collaboration tools
• Ability to support occasional evening and weekend work during migration go-live events
