Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring real estate investments are appropriately insured
- Identifying insurance requirements and ensuring coverage for new acquisitions, etc
- Overseeing and coordinating insurance renewals
Position Requirements Include:
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate, insurance, risk management, or related field
- Ability to manage and influence without authority
- Solution oriented and proactive
- Able to organize and manage resources necessary to complete projects
- Able to write and speak clearly
