Job Summary
A moving and relocation company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Real Estate Risk Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maximize home sale performance
- Deliver a high level of customer service
- Assist the training department as requested/needed
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years business experience, including real estate, mortgage lending or appraisal industries required
- Ability to manage the financials and drive the necessary client/internal metrics
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent negotiation and marketing skills
- High school degree required
- Real estate license, appraiser license or certified relocation professional (CRP) required
