Virtual Reality Peer Support Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Reality (VR) Peer Support Coach to provide empathetic support to members using VR programs for chronic pain and mental wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and regular check-in sessions with members via video or phone
• Assist members in navigating the VR platform and overcoming technical and emotional barriers
• Document interactions, collaborate with the team, and escalate issues as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Lived experience with chronic pain and/or mental health challenges
• Experience in peer support or coaching preferred
• Comfort with technology and various software applications
• Must have a laptop or Chromebook with at least 16 GB
• Willingness to complete HIPAA certification before starting
