PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering calls and web chats for a variety of small businesses and professionals.
- Taking messages, booking appointments, and transferring calls
- Understanding caller needs and providing business information
- Being part of a team and contributing to continued excellence
MUST HAVE
- Great work ethic
- Prior receptionist or call answering experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Quiet environment for answering calls
- Daily availability (Mon-Fri) at least 4 hours/day, 5 days/week between 5am-6pm PT / 8am-9pm ET
- 20 hours/week minimum (40 hours/week max.)
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Google Chrome browser
- Desktop or laptop computer with headset microphone
- Reliable broadband internet connection
- Strong typing skills
BONUS POINTS
- Spanish fluency would be great, but not required
COMPENSATION
- Starts at $10/hour
