Job Summary

To support a key client's business needs, the part-time Virtual Recruiter will drive full-cycle recruitment processes, connect motivated candidates with job opportunities, and provide exceptional service in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening and assessing candidates to advocate for their career opportunities
  • Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline through innovative sourcing strategies and outreach efforts
  • Deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and commitment to goals
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in the industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and technology skills
  • Ability to leverage social networks and industry communities for recruitment purposes
  • Willingness to stay updated on in-demand skills and labor market dynamics
