Job Summary

Our year old startup is on a mission to become a one-stop-shop for individuals interested in entering the work at home market. We offer an exciting business opportunity with a reputable BPO virtual call center. Over the past several years, more than 15% of the US population started working at home either full time or part time. The bigger question here is who doesn't want to work from home? As we continue to grow we're looking to hire a talented entry level recruiter, with a drive for success, to join our team. Our reputation is at the core of what we do and it's important the people representing our company are as committed as we are.

We are seeking an entry level recruiter with the ability to work 30-40 hours per week between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm M-F MST. This is an independent contractor position payable at $15.00 an hour + commision with the possibility of a pay increase based on performance.

What will you be doing?

This is not an all inclusive list, which may be modified at anytime.

Recruit new and existing Customer Support Professionals (CSPs) to join our partner's network of agents.

Communicates with candidates primarily via email, although some phone work is to be expected (especially for followups).

Create, post, and manage job ads.

Market this opportunity online creatively.

Answer questions, assist with CSP application process, resolve issues.

Use your sales skills to built rapport, persuade, charm, and covert applicant into a sure thing.

Develop creative and fun ways to get people excited about working from home.

Work as a mentor for current agents.

Interact with website visitors via live web chat (minimal).

Other related duties as assigned.

What are the requirements for this job?

2 years of recruiting experience or high volume customer service (home based preferred).

Understanding of the independent contractor classification.

2 years of sales experience, preferably performance based.

Creativity and organization.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent leadership abilities.

Analytical, decision-making and management skills.

Strong sales and closing skills.

Strong speaking skills.

Excellent writing skills.

Proficient knowledge of MS Office products or Open Office.

Experience with online meeting software (Webex, Join Me, etc.)
