Job Summary
A staffing and hiring company is in need of a Virtual Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Identify and submit qualified candidates
- Assist with job requisition / description development
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to conduct recruitment related meetings as needed
- Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of recruiting experience required
- Experience in at least two to three industries/verticals or specialty recruiting
- Internet experience including job boards, job posting and networking
- Experience working within various applicant-tracking systems (ATS)
