Job Summary
A company providing administrative, legal and investigative support services to federal law enforcement and national security communities is filling a position for a Virtual Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Understand the hiring needs of hiring managers
- Tailor requisitions to appropriate market positions
- Interact with job seekers, applicants, and candidates timely, both verbally and in writing
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Occasional local and long-distance travel may be required
- Three to five years progressive experience in Recruiting/TA field
- Experience in government contracting and with the Service Contract Act
- Ability to obtain an AIRS Certification
- Knowledge of standard recruitment processes
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
