Job Summary

A company providing administrative, legal and investigative support services to federal law enforcement and national security communities is filling a position for a Virtual Recruiter.

Must be able to:

  • Understand the hiring needs of hiring managers
  • Tailor requisitions to appropriate market positions
  • Interact with job seekers, applicants, and candidates timely, both verbally and in writing

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Occasional local and long-distance travel may be required
  • Three to five years progressive experience in Recruiting/TA field
  • Experience in government contracting and with the Service Contract Act
  • Ability to obtain an AIRS Certification
  • Knowledge of standard recruitment processes
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
