A staffing agency is in need of a Virtual Recruiter in East Brunswick.
Must be able to:
- Recruit and screen candidates
- Focus on profitable pricing, expense, and cost-of-service management
- Meet and exceed service delivery goals and customer expectations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma and one to two years of experience in a customer service-related position
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
