A boutique talent advisory, search, and staffing firm needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Recruiting Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Actively recruit and place employees
• Continuously explore new recruiting sources
• Actively participate in networking groups

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor' s Degree
• Full lifecycle recruiting experience within the staffing industry
• Technical or IT recruiting experience
• Solid working knowledge of Bullhorn or ATS tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, the Internet and have strong computer aptitude
• Experience working as a team member
