Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Actively recruit and place employees
- Continuously explore new recruiting sources
- Actively participate in networking groups
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor' s Degree
- Full lifecycle recruiting experience within the staffing industry
- Technical or IT recruiting experience
- Solid working knowledge of Bullhorn or ATS tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, the Internet and have strong computer aptitude
- Experience working as a team member
