Job Summary

Providing day-to-day administrative support, the full-time Virtual Recruiting Coordinator will manage applicant tracking system maintenance, coordinate interview scheduling, and assist with onboarding processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment metric reports
  • Coordinate pre-screening and interview scheduling for recruiters or client hiring managers
  • Facilitate communications for onboarding processes and assist with invoicing coordination
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative, human resource, or recruitment process experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate various technology systems
  • Experience with job boards and networking for candidate sourcing
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management and the ability to multi-task
