Job Summary
A real estate services company has a current position open for a Virtual Recruiting Coordinator in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting, driving and communicating policy and procedures regarding the hiring process
- Creating job requisitions based on received information
- Providing maintenance entry adjustments as needed on all employee activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience with PeopleSoft, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of working with HR processes and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independent and in a team environment
- Highly organized working in high volume
