A real estate services and investment management company is filling a position for a Virtual Recruiting Coordinator in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Creating job requisitions based on received information
• Supporting, driving and communicating policy and procedures regarding the hiring process
• Answering basic employee onboarding questions including payroll and benefit related inquiries

Position Requirements Include:

• Experience with Excel and Word
• Knowledge of working with HR processes and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
