Job Summary
A human resources and talent management outsourcing solutions service provider has an open position for a Virtual Recruiting Sourcer in Orlando.
Must be able to:
- Crafting and sending recruiting emails
- Coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements
- Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github)
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong sourcing experience and knowledge of the recruitment process
- Technically savvy (a MUST)
- Experience working in ATS / recruitment systems
- Experience using various tools and methods to identify talent
- Well-organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
