A nonprofit organization is seeking a Virtual Recruitment and Selection Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Assign applications and interview assessments to reviewers
• Review and assess candidate applications
• Interview and assess candidates

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfort adapting to changing demands
