A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Recruitment Operations Manager in Northern Wisconsin.

Must be able to:

• Streamline the recruiting process with systems or procedures
• Monitor organizational structure, team member selection, performance management, salary administration, career planning and budget management
• Conduct regular meetings with ministry stakeholders to review progress, resolve issues, and identify challenges

Required Skills:

• High School or equivalent is required
• Four years of technical experience is required.
