Job Summary
A non-profit organization has an open position for a Virtual Regional Development Fundraising Director in Westchester.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing new accounts and cultivating new customers to reach the highest level of revenue generation
- Identifying, cultivating and recruiting of C-suite and Upper-Level Management volunteer leaders
- Building a network of meaningful volunteer partnerships to advance our mission
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in fundraising, outside sales and/or senior level volunteer management
- Possess the knowledge and demonstrated ability to successfully identify, cultivate, recruit, and maintain relationships with top-level volunteers/customers
- Ability to accomplish results through strong volunteer recruitment and management
- 1 ½ years experience equates to 1 full-time year of higher education
- Have a proven track record in exceeding sales/fundraising goals
