Job Summary
A communication service provider is filling a position for a Virtual Regional Enterprise Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing onsite and remote support to assigned customers following the initial installation of products and services
- Maintaining the appropriate mix of written correspondence, remote contacts, online demonstrations and onsite visits with existing customers
- Proactively managing sales opportunities through the sales process to close
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel, including out of state travel is expected
- American Sign Language (ASL) proficiency required
- Excellent human relations and outreach skills including the ability to interact with people of varying communications levels in the deaf and hard of hearing communities
- Knowledge of relay services, products, and relay systems and how they function
- Skilled in using specialized software related to departmental operations
- Knowledgeable of database, Internet, spreadsheet, instant messaging, presentation, and word processing programs
