Job Summary
A utility submetering company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Regional Sales Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating and maintaining database of general contractors, subcontractors, developers, vendors, and others within the multifamily and commercial real estate industry
- Creating and maintaining database of current owners/property management companies seeking a fresh alternative to their current billing providers
- Developing a territory specific timetable of new construction multifamily projects up for bid
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or related area preferred
- 5+ years sales experience (preferably in the multifamily industry) with proven record of success
- Ability to work with minimal direction/supervision and have an entrepreneurial mindset
- A book of business contacts and leads is preferred
- Ability to evaluate profit/loss scenarios
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
