Job Summary
A business services company has a current position open for a Virtual Regional Talent Acquisition Partner in Cincinnati.
Must be able to:
- Build strong trusted advisor relationships
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies for various regional locations/ franchises
- Develop an active pool of candidates who are ready to meet the needs of our national franchise network
Qualifications for this position include:
- Reside in either Pacific, Mountain or Central time zone in order to best serve western region clients
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- A minimum of five years of professional full-cycle recruiting experience
- Current knowledge of state and federal employment/labor laws and practices
- High level of computer literacy including proficiency in Word, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
