Job Summary
Working remotely on a seasonal contract basis, the Virtual Registered Nurse (Compact License) will provide high-quality patient care through EMR messaging, manage direct patient needs, and triage concerns while collaborating with RPM providers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive clinical care by managing patient needs, including message triage, counseling, and education
- Coordinate care by triaging and escalating patient concerns to the appropriate provider groups
- Utilize the custom EMR system to answer medical questions and provide lifestyle coaching and patient education
Required qualifications
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
- Active, unencumbered Compact Nursing License
- 4 years of clinical experience as an RN
- Experience in a fast-paced, highly iterative clinical care role
- Willingness to work on some holidays
