Qualifications for this position include:

• 4+ years Geriatric experience required
• Registered Nurse Compact License required
• Compact Licenses *MUST* be from one of the states listed: Florida, Louisiana, Indiana, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Ohio, South Carolina, California, Illinois, Tennessee, New York, Missouri, Mississippi, Washington, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Maine, Virginia, or Montana
• 2+ years Case Management experience required
