Job Summary
A call center is in need of a Virtual Registered Nurse Health Information Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing and documenting adverse events, lack of efficacy cases and product safety/product use inquiries
- Managing exposure cases for household and industrial products
- Documenting cases received via phone and email into electronic databases
Position Requirements Include:
- Current Registered Nurse in good standing
- 1+ years work experience as an RN or similar role in the healthcare field
- Proficiency with keyboarding and accurate data entry, PCs, Microsoft Office, and common computer software and hardware
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Ability to deliver high quality customer service with patience and compassion
