Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Relationship Marketing Technical Writer.
Must be able to:
- Develop a deep understanding of portfolio capabilities and new releases
- Research and collaborate with target audiences
- Research and gather user, and technical user information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years technical writing experience
- Excellent technical writing and editing skills with attention to detail and easy to use layouts
- Ability to communicate complex concepts and processes
- Ability to engage all stakeholders including product, SMEs, engineering, support, technical services
- Tenacity to pursue a deep understanding of all required subject matter from a wide range of sources
- Self-motivated team player able to prioritize and manage projects
