Job Summary
A moving and relocation company has a current position open for a Virtual Relocation Management Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting HR and line management in determining the appropriate mobility solution/program for each relocation/assignment scenario
- Acting as the primary point of contact for HR and line management for assistance with navigating overall process and systems
- Partnering with client HR and line management on relocation/assignment issues impacting the employee and family
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 5 years’ experience administrating relocation policy
- Excellent listening skills and consultative skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with individuals at various levels
- Ability to manage deadlines, multi-task, and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify potential problems and develop creative solutions
