Job Summary
A nonprofit social science research organization is seeking a Virtual Research Assistant Intern in Crystal City.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting literature reviews to support projects and proposals
- Assisting staff in the review, identification and development of scholarly information describing research findings
- Developing spreadsheets and data bases to support project activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Currently seeking a Bachelor’s degree in such fields as economics, psychology, sociology, statistics, computer science, public policy, public health
- Experience with and / or knowledge of data collection and analysis methodologies and techniques
- Strong writing and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
