Virtual Reservation Sales Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Evening Reservation Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests in a courteous and professional manner at the Reservation Center
• Maintain high standards of service and hospitality to maximize revenue
• Work evening shifts from 3pm to 12:30am Central Time, including weekends

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Experience in the service industry is preferred
• Ability to take written and verbal direction
• Ability to operate a computer and use the reservation process
• Ability to create a hospitable environment for guests and team members
