Job Summary

A travel and tourism company is seeking a Virtual Reservations and Customer Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling all of our customer service
  • Speaking directly with customers on the phone
  • Supporting the operations team as needed

Required Skills:

  • 1 year experience working directly in a customer service role and/or in the travel/outdoor industry
  • Strong customer service experience; ability to speak to anyone on the phone
  • Excellent and concise written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability
  • Ability to juggle many complex tasks at once and extremely organized
  • Dynamic and engaging personality; loves working with and talking to people
