Core Responsibilities Include:
- Writing resumes from scratch with client-provided data
- Editing and rewriting existing resumes
- Directing interaction with clients as necessary by phone and/or email
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 or more years of experience as a professional resume writer
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Solid understanding of various industries and job functions from entry level to executive roles
- Knowledge of various resume formats and ATS capabilities
- Excellent customer service
- Able to determine the best resume format for each individual
