An entertainment and retail company is filling a position for a Virtual Retail Order Service Representative in Orange County.
Must be able to:
- Suggest additional products customers might enjoy
- Lead customers through their sales purchases
Qualifications for this position include:
- Standard telephone service (analog landline) (727,813, 552, 352, 863, 941, 321, 386, or 407 area code) with a wired jack near your computer
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in order services or customer service
