A financial services company is in need of a Virtual Returned Products Senior Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading product trainings, providing advice on best practices
- Delivering product solutions to help customers achieve their goals
- Developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders within your book of business
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5-8 years work experience in client services, sales, support, etc
- Experience at a SaaS company
- Willingness to work closely with leading brands in the e-commerce space
- Basic understanding of the direct-to-consumer ecosystem
- Experience building strong internal and external relationships
- Track record of highly-professional customer service
