Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Virtual Returned Products Senior Customer Success Manager.

  • Developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders within your book of business

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5-8 years work experience in client services, sales, support, etc
  • Experience at a SaaS company
  • Willingness to work closely with leading brands in the e-commerce space
  • Basic understanding of the direct-to-consumer ecosystem
  • Experience building strong internal and external relationships
