A staffing agency is seeking a Virtual Rewards Program Customer Service Representative in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling inbound calls from customers about their rewards points
- Providing information about how many points they have
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to use two computer screens that they will be toggling in
- Able to communicate with the customer and build that great relationship on their own
- No call center experience necessary
