A risk management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Risk Management Solutions Customer Service Representative I in Fort Worth.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering phone calls, returning phone calls
- Consulting with relevant internal parties for resolutions and seeking clarifications as necessary
- Following all department processes and protocols in completing each step of the process
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years in healthcare customer service or insurance collections field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with medical billing guidelines and payment protocols for differing lines of business
- Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
