A risk management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Risk Management Solutions Customer Service Representative I in Fort Worth.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering phone calls, returning phone calls
  • Consulting with relevant internal parties for resolutions and seeking clarifications as necessary
  • Following all department processes and protocols in completing each step of the process

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years in healthcare customer service or insurance collections field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
