Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Driving the recruiting process and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Maintaining accountability of the entire recruiting process as defined by the client
• Developing and implementing sourcing strategies including direct sourcing

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Human Resources or similar or equivalent work experience
• Minimum years’ experience required: 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting in a very high volume- fast pace environment
• Experience working in RPO
• Demonstrates expertise in generating talent through networking and creative sourcing methods
• All other technical requirements necessary for this position
