If you are experienced with SaaS and a call center type of environment, then you need to apply for this position TODAY!
Daily duties include client calls to help your clients grow their business, online chats with clients to help answer questions. You must be comfortable managing projects remotely and servicing your clients, providing them with support on our systems. This position involves managing several dozen clients by online chat and phone, interacting with a project management software, assigning tasks to other departments in the company, screen sharing with the client, collaborating with colleagues in Google Drive and daily and weekly team meetings. You need to be very comfortable with technology to be successful.

If you want to work 25-30 hours per week, Monday-Friday (during business hours) from your home office this is a part time position is for you! We are specifically recruiting in the states of North Carolina, Wisconsin, Missouri, Florida and Texas.
