Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual SaaS Software Customer Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Suggesting service procedures, policies, guidelines and standards
  • Handling customer technical support via Intercom and Video/Phone as needed
  • Collaborating with Customer Success Team to provide a seamless client experience

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Excellent internal and external communication skills, both written and verbal
