A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual SaaS Software Customer Support Representative.

- Suggesting service procedures, policies, guidelines and standards
- Handling customer technical support via Intercom and Video/Phone as needed
- Collaborating with Customer Success Team to provide a seamless client experience
