Virtual Safety Associate

Job Summary

Collaborating with the healthcare team, the part-time Virtual Safety Associate will provide remote supportive care for patients requiring additional monitoring, focusing on promoting quality patient care and safety from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Key responsibilities

• Provide observation for the safety of assigned patients and report any changes in their condition to professional staff
• Communicate and support the interprofessional team, patients, and their families in delivering compassionate and coordinated care
• Complete required documentation and reports related to patient care and safety observations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Interest in Behavioral Health Sciences preferred
