Job Summary
A real estate services company has a current position open for a Virtual Sales and Operations Assistant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Liaising daily with the company President on sales and operations matters related to clients and service delivery
- Providing sales support with account contracts and client management; maintaining and updating sales CRM
- Providing operational support for service delivery
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Prior experience in sales support and/or client/account management
- Must be very comfortable in communicating with clients via email and on the phone on a daily basis
- Technologically versatile and independent with good internet research and computer skills
- Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to adapt to existing processes and look for opportunities to make improvements
