Job Summary

A service management company is filling a position for a Virtual Sales and Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Interfacing with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet
• Providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems
• Ensuring a great customer experience on every call

Qualifications for this position include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience
• Must meet all technical home office requirements
