Job Summary

A customer experience outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Sales and Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Interfacing with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet
• Providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• 1 year of sales experience required if you want to be considered for a sales position
• Must have your own PC (less than six years old) and high speed Internet service
• Must have 17" monitor (capable of 1024 x 768), headset and flash drive
